I noticed that enemies only drop 20/40 credits (default mode and immersive mode) now and assumed that the base rate for Skell Credit enemy drops was reduced, however testing that with a new character confirmed that the base rate still is 20/40, the perks that increase that amount by 10% and 30% respectively simply don't work anymore.

1. Perk - Passive Skell Credit 10% Increase - no longer working
2. Perk - Passive Skell Credit 30% Increase - no longer working
3. Perk - Convoy Upgrade - no longer working
Bagman - used to drop 560 Skell Credits, now drops 400
Sentinel/Wolf - used to drop 28 Skell Credits, now drops 20
Convoy - used to drop 1000, 2000, or 3000 Skell Credits, now drops 1500
