Great, more bullet sponge enemies so shots from my already underpowered mk18 can bounce off enemies. Instead of 4-7 shots COM to take enemies down it will be 14-20 now... it will be so tactical dude!!!
If this update doesn't come with a way to buff dmg values substantially I'm going to be on these forums raising hell until I get banned. Enemies didn't need more armor. They needed to behave more believably and bullets needed to hit harder (both from the player and from the enemies).

Another thing that has me worried, for my more stealthy playstyle, is faction warfare. I don't want to quietly make my way towards an objective, just for the Outcasts to roll in guns blasting. That was why I never used the Resistance world modifier. I got tired of them showing up at the worst possible moment.

We complained that enemies without armor (visual, cosmetic plate carrier or armored vest) needed 5 to 10 shots in the chest when alerted to kill.
They went ahead and instead of just upgrading the visual of the enemies, they actually created 2 new classes of heavies.
It's like we can't win with these people

I think il wait until I actually play it but I feel more unimpressed than impressed by the overall offering. Taking the map back adds something to the game and they seem to be heading in a better direction in the way it looks to play out BUT it will all be for nothing unless there are core improvements to the enemy AI and world. I can see it just ending up as a larger resistance world modifier and that got old really quickly as it didn't make the place more alive but groups just standing and shooting each other from 6 feet.
