    Suite à la mise à jour le jeu refuse également de se lancer… De plus il tente de charger une sauvegarde sur le cloud alors que ne l’utilise jamais!! J’espère ne pas tout perdre ?

    The game says there is an older save on cloud, and after I am forced to press "ok" the game doesn't load. I believe the problem is it tries to load an older save that doesn't exist: I just cancelled the app and then downloaded it again, how can I have a newer save file if I haven't played it yet?!

    If not a fix, you could at least let us know what the plan is.

    I have the same problem of everyone. I tried also cleaning and reinstalling 3 times, last one a few minutes ago. Kudos to QC team, really

    I almost collected 4* Mary Read. But due to the update I can’t enter the game. The Helix Rift will close today and I won’t able to collect the remaining 15 DNA-fragments of Mary Read! It’s outrageous! I demand a compensation!

    Known Issue Update - October 18th

    As I previously posted in the Known Issues Thread, we're currently experiencing an issue where some players are getting stuck on the loading screen after downloading version 3.2.1.

    However, I have good news - we have identified the cause of the issue!

    It appears that data for our newest Weapon (Malevolence) was not merged into version 3.2.1. Therefore, the issue occurs for players who had equipped Malevolence to either Ishak or Sayyid before downloading the update.

    We will be releasing a data deployment with a fix for this issue tomorrow.

    In the meantime, for those of you who have NOT downloaded the update yet, make sure that you UNEQUIP MALEVOLENCE from Ishak/Sayyid BEFORE downloading the update!

    Thanks again for your ongoing patience while we work on releasing the fix for this!
