    Yes or No?

With Ubisoft deciding to delay Frontline based on the huge negative response, should I create a new survey focused on a PvP Only Ghost Recon game? If yes and you have a survey question you would like to be in that survey, you're welcome to DM me that question.

Well good sir, you certainly can. I'm not sure if they will utilize the information or not, but at least you can do your part and gather input from all the PVP players. There might be a pvp survey that already circulated, I don't exactly remember.

Yes of course you can. Any feedback helps future developments. Unfortunately for this that is what, 3 years in the making? It will just be another Breakpoint. It will launch pretty much as is and will get updates to try and turn the tide but these updates will be long after release and not big enough to do a 180. This game will launch despite the delay as they will never can it (which is what they should do) due to the investment gone into it being a waste if so and considering it'll be F2P, they'll want to try and cash in from looting or mtx in it to get some revenue from their investment.

I do not see any drastic amendments to this game as surely they would've done that once BP bombed at launch forcing them to delay their other projects but it's clear that was not the case.

Have the past three years of Ubisoft's behavior shown you nothing?
They lie, they take your money, and they deliver crap.

Your feedback does only one of two things:
    Gets ignored
    OR
Gets used to... lie to you and take your money and feed you more crap.

Wise up, they only care about input from their investors. Period.

Not that it will do a lot of good but the important thing is... you know you want to and if it feels good to do so, why not!

I voted yes but more so for the latter and not the former.

Ubi doesn't even hold THEIR OWN surveys in high regard so I'd say go for it if you want another useless discarded stickie.

Investors decided how the battle belt should look?

Instead of dumping on someone who's trying to organize structured feedback, with numbers to back it up, how about suggesting some questions?

Yeah, the results of any community consultation are not gonna bear fruit until the next game. However, I hope that the failure of Breakpoint means they've at least learned that making it a looter shooter was a bad idea. Whether they've learned anything else remains to be seen.

They canceled the second planned raid because no one played it. What did they learn....

Nothing because we're still talking about crap they're making that practically no GR fans want to play. They want new money. They want Pubg and fortnite fans but want to bastardise the GR T.C. name to get em.

Let's be clear about roles here:

    1) Ubi corporate/editorial - decide what games get made, and provide direction on what they should contain
    2) Paris - design and build the game, with help from other studios

There is zero chance that corporate/editorial will see community feedback beyond a couple of bullet points on a presentation (this is where numbers come in). They're the ones who decided that Frontline was a good idea.

Any community feedback will go to Paris, who can then use that as input into their design process. Whether they do so is certainly open to question, though the addition of "immersive mode" suggests they realized the looter shooter idea was a bad one.
