    Connectivity Issues After Maintenance on Oct 11th 2021

    Hey! After the maintenance I for some reason cannot connect to the Ubisoft Servers and it gives me the "Ribera-1000B" message. Everything worked completely fine yesterday before the maintenance.

    Update: Tried launching the game again and I got Ribera-4002 error

    Hey everyone,

    I see there was a few old threads bumped about the same issue and also the error message "Oruro-0100A Could not synchronize contacts" and having no online connectivity for multiplayer and challenges.

    I will report these issues so it can be looked into and we'll update you here when resolved. I apologise for any inconvenience caused from it.

    hi, i bought the game yesterday with a friend and we really wanted to play coop today. At first we thought it was just some server maintainance, but the servers still don't work. we've tried portforwarding ports which you guys listed on the support site.

    Any way this could be fixed?

    I'm the friend he's talking about. I can confirm that nothing works. Sometimes when I restart the game, I get connected to the servers but whenever I want to join carrot it says that he is unavailable. Ghost war also doesn't work, and our nat types stay on moderate.

    Hey carrotius + Battle-Pug,

    Welcome to the forums first of all and I'm sorry that you're not able to play together at the moment. As you can see, there has been some other comments of issues connecting since a maintenance that took place earlier today, so I have raised this with the team responsible so they can get this looked into and we'll update this thread when we can with any updates we get back from them regarding this. Hopefully it won't take too long for them to get it resolved.

    This is the same issue challenges service is unavailable message as well as no player sync in lobby this coupled with the long time taken to set up the session

    Also having this issue

    I'm also having this issue and so is my brother who just bought the game. I've submitted a ticket and screenshots etc through chat with an agent hopefully it gets resolved soon
