U+ Subscription frozen - can't reapply
Hello there,
I've subscribed to U+ yesterday and the payment failed as I forgot to transfer funds to my account. I immediately fixed it, updated my payment method and since then, for over 24 hours, my account is "suspended" and I cannot access to U+.
Is there a reason why I cannot pay for the subscription again and have access ? I've been waiting for 24 hours now and no way to play any games.
Can I please get someone to help me fix this issue.

If a Ubisoft+ payment fails to go through your subscription will be temporarily suspended.
Ubisoft+ will try for the next 7 days to make a successful payment and if the funds can not be taken, they will then be returned to your bank account.
