The fact it's not even third person is a huge blow. I don't get it. You have Rainbow Six, TC XDefiant, and FarCry in first person. The only third person shooters you had left was GR and The Divsion. You going to leave The Division to third person meanwhile the market is flooded with first person shooters. This is grotesque at its best. Worst anniversary thats defiantly not sticking to its core. So much for Ubisoft original. Disappointed big time

Nobody asked for this. Nobody wants this. Yea you might grab a few folks with the “Free to Play” aspect, but we all know you are going to require real money for anyone to have a decent playing experience. You are YEARS late to the Battle Royal format and you really think these 14 year old Fortnite/APEX/Warzone kids are going to dump the games they have spent so much time and money on to play THIS abortion?
If this is what we can expect from future Ghost Recon releases, you won’t be seeing another dime from me. I would ask how much money it would take to get another proper Ghost Recon game, but I know the answer will always be “More”.

Battle Royale? Seriously? When Warzone and Apex Legends have all the audience? BTW, Warzone even looks better and have better animations. For example, You actually place Sentry Turret, not spawn it with lased designator. Soldiers look like plastic toys, graphics somewhat blurry. And when Vanguard is released with Warzone update, well... I don't see even a single reason to switch from Warzone to Frontline. Warzone is full of cheaters? True. But should I remind how cheaters were raging in Breakpoint PvP even streaming how they cheat and Ubisoft did nothing? At least, Activision ban cheaters in Warzone.

Ubi are trying to kill off the Ghost Recon series. That's all I can think of. Surely they cannot think that this will do well under the GR name? This turd they've just laid is beyond a joke. PvP only and magical structures from the skies above??? I thought you'd outdone yourselves with all these drones in BP but wow <slow clap>.

They just don't get it! Just shut GR down now and hold a memorial already.


Edit: what I will say is that there is such a backlash on this reveal from reading web review sites, on this forum, Reddit, Twitter, FB and on their own YouTube video reveals that's it's not that unlike BP's launch. Could we see this pulled before launching I wonder if their shares take another nose dive like what happened after BP? I blooming well hope so. They've got to start listening to us!!
