They are doing a free division game?Originally Posted by AgentMikel Go to original post
Wow Ubisoft literally is trying to kill itself off.
It's' not a free Division game per say. It's a free PVP game called Heartland, being developed by Red Storm. They are supposedly using the same game mechanics and models as the Division, but without the campaign or huge open world. But there's been very little details released so far. And with Covid still running rampant in North Carolina, where RSE is based, I would not be shocked if they are way behind schedule.Originally Posted by rugby_dog Go to original post
I guess we won't get news until Far Cry 6 is released. UbiToon blink if I'm rightOriginally Posted by UbiT00n Go to original post
I looked at the leaked alpha build for Heartlands and you right it does look like The Division 2. I think they have some new mechanics like manually sliding across the ground. Believe there's two main modes confirmed so far. The first being a PvPvE mode similar to the Division 1 survival mode and there's a PvE mode. The PvPvE I believe is a area on the map of 45 players where you can either go solo or 3 player squads.Originally Posted by Megalodon26 Go to original post
Hopefully they change that to 4 player squads cause I can see another HyperScape failure if that's the case. Thats really the most news I seen about the game besides them stating you won't have to worry about crazy builds like it's predecessors. Supposedly there's less build options which is a plus for me but the bulletsponge is the main issue when it comes to The Division PvP. We'll see how RSE handle it but you right North Carolina is having it's issues.
You mean the same FC6 that know comes with the awesome Divison 1 & 2 gameplay mechanic? also known as... Yep, that one!Originally Posted by Aex_Khves Go to original post

I don't see me buying it anytime soon, let alone at launch but if this is true then, just like the Division I & II, I will have to pass on it.
