Cant remove notification (update oudated graphics drivers) from screen

    Hello!

I recently installed Far Cry New Dawn and i get an error message about my graphics drivers being outdated and that i should update them. I found a faq here saying to hit shift+f2 and close the window from that menu.

While i do open the menu when i hit shift+f2 and the message gets a little 'x' that should be able to close it when clicked, nothing happens if i click it. The game doesnt freeze and the menu opens and closes fine as well, so it's just that notification that wont close. Restarting both ubisoft connect (desktop program) and the game has not helped.

I am currently unable to update my drivers (got a terrible laptop, old model, tried updating the card drivers from nvidia page based on its model but it runs into some issues that im unable to figure out how to resolve right now) to get rid of the notification that's taking up a big chunk of the screen.

On top of that customer support or just the official help section seems to be closed, good job.

Is there anything else i can try? Any help would be appreciated.

I'm sorry for any mistakes. English isnt my native language, it's almost 3am and i've been trying to get this game to work properly for the past 4 hours. I hope something can be done to get that notification off my screen.

    Hey Madam_Lotte,

Sorry to hear about the issue you are having. As WID992007 mentioned above, we'd like to know what GPU you are using and driver version and if you have checked if there any any driver updates available for you?

Let us know if you have also tried the suggestion from Steve64b too please.

    Thanks!
