I think they're reasonable. But to be honest, once I get a gaming PC around December/January, I won't have to have my hopes so high for this game.Originally Posted by FcAc-No-Moe Go to original post
I have Ground Branch and Escape from Tarkov on my immediate playlist.
The problem on the Forums though Chris is that this really is a small community now compared to places like Reddit (I know so,eh don’t like it and believe that this should still be the community teams first point of release etc); It was a big part of the reason that the surveys were shared in other platforms as to better gauge overall response and feeling towards the game and questions asked take for example the year 3 survey:Originally Posted by Virtual-Chris Go to original post
This seems to more or less be the same for each survey when it comes to this particular question
Now I’m not saying that these surveys will indeed make any dramatic impact, but I’m hoping that with finding a way of getting all of these communities singing in harmony from the same song sheet that out collective voice will grab their attention more (if that makes any sense)
Note: for point of reference i reckon a lot of people on the other platforms would also love to see your mission sets added as end content to the game

I still say that the best bet will be that the release timeline will look something like this:Originally Posted by recklessnico Go to original post
Friday November 5
* initial announcement will be made with partial patch notes included (around 4pm GMT)
* Ubisoft (North America i reckon) will live stream the first released play through of Motherland probably (around 8pm GMT)
Monday November 8th
* full patch notes will be posted on the forums (around 4pm GMT)
* Maintenance schedule will be posted at same time
* All of the relevant YouTube streamers will be allowed to share pre-recorded in-game footage to “build hype”
Tuesday November 9th
* Maintenance will start at around 11am GMT and will last a minimum of 4 hours (then need an extra 2 hours)
* Maintenance finishes around 5pm GMT and game launches
* 5.30pm multiple reports of game crashes on (pick your platform)
* 9pm (for those who can play) the inevitable moaning about how the Update was poor/lacklustre etc. Will have begun on the various social pages
Friday November 12th
Free Weekend starts to celebrate the 20th Anniversary of The GR Franchise)
Monday November 15th
Free Weekend Finishes (still no Immediate fix to the crashing issues)
Friday November 20th
Statement announced reference the Crashing issue, which is now being fixed and that a patch will be released in the next week, with all affected players receiving 400 ghost coins and a shiny pink painted ACR with terrible stats (that no one would want)
Note: there is nothing official in this statement just my own best guess of what’s about to come, based purely on previous updates
Out of curiosity, who all did you ask or work with to put this up on youtube?Originally Posted by Sandilands85 Go to original post
Just bullet catcher gaming directly, but Spoke with ASQD gaming, Gmoney Mozart and Bayzy on their opinions of it who then done their own separate videos.Originally Posted by Church367A Go to original post
I’ve done a Video Saturday with Bullet catcher gaming going through the full current results of the year 3 survey which should released tonight I think so will he shared everywhere
Correct me if I'm wrong, because I'm not too familiar with any of them other than ASQD in terms of their youtube content, but from what I know of ASQD, I can't think of many times that he has pushed for more milsim type features. And before anyone starts saying I want a milsim Ghost Recon, no, that is not what I want. I don't want mil-sim, rather more of a milsim light. I want to say that I recall ASQD saying he wanted more of a milsim light either on a forum post on here or reddit, but from what I've seen of his youtube content it is not exactly something that comes across as so. Especially in comparison to something like what is presented in the youtube video from Operatordrewski'sOriginally Posted by Sandilands85 Go to original post

Even in this video there are many features that I would say go too far into being milsim that I would care for in Ghost Recon such as the entire mag checks and eyeballing your chestrig to get an estimate in your ammo count, but there are still many good ideas that appeal to me that I don't think I would ever hear from the other youtubers that were spoke with, but again, correct me if I'm wrong.
