You noted that you haven't updated your graphic drivers in some time, it's important to keep these up-to-date as not doing so can result in graphical performance issues.
The latest 3060 drivers can be downloaded here on the Nvidia site.
Please give this a try and let us know if there's any change!
I'd also like the toss my name in state I'm having the same issue as stated above. Any and all recommended or standard troubleshooting tips do not alleviate the issue. This happens at any resolution the game is set to and with any and all graphics settings. The game worked fine on max settings until a an earlier update of the game, I can't remember specifically which one, but it was either late 2020 or early 2021 when TM updated and is now borderline unplayable do to flickering sky (seriously, it's almost seizure inducing), and some textures (TM is only game I play with this issue). Adjusting the game's profile in NVIDIA control panel and changing any settings there has no effect, different driver version have no effect, adjusting the game priority in Task Manager has no effect, and there are no background applications running. No hardware is OC'ed and XMP is disabled.
Basic specs are as follows:
i7-9700k
RTX 2060 Super
32Gb 3200 MHz DDR4
Playing primarily at 2560x1440 but issue persists across all resolutions regardless of monitor or display mode. Any insight into this issue would be appreciated. Thanks!
Hi!
I'm also experiencing these issues with flickering and sometimes lagging, both in Solo and Live-modes. I have tried verifying game files, updating graphics drivers and changing settings. Just like others have mentioned. I had none or very few issues before the update on the 26th of August.
I would also very much appreciate some help with this.
Specs:

GeForce GTX 1650, 8gb

Thx for your answer Darrek !

I precise that I was used to run the game with the "Very Nice" preset before the 26th August update. I set the minimal preset to reduce the blinking of the clouds but they are still there and still annoying. Also I still feel a certain "lack" of performances when I play, a sort of lagging sensation in solo and live mode, like @Elmared said.
You mean that you set your graphic settings to "Very Fast" preset Elmared ?
Yeah that's reducing a bit the flickering but it's still annoying for me, but strangely it depends of the map, sometimes I can get a lot of flickering and sometimes less.
But for me this is not a real workaround, I would like to play the game at the maximum configuration and not at its worst...
