My current settings are as follows:

Preset : None (although issue persists with any preset I try or settings I change)
    Shader Quality : Very High
    Shadows : High
    Texture Quality : High
    Display Mode : Borderless 2560x1440

    Quality: Manual
Automatic Min FPS: 30, max: 165
    Forward antialiasing: MSAA 4x
    Deferred antialiasing FXAA
    Texture filtering: Anisotropic 16x
Reflections on vehicles : High (in replays)
Reflections on water surface : Low
    Other reflections : Disabled
Bloom and lens flare : None
    Motion Blur: Disabled

    V-Sync: Disabled
    GPU & CPU sync : 3 Frames

I average 80-110 FPS with these settings on an RTX 2060S, i7-9700k, 32gb DDR4. Sky flickering issue persists regardless of preset or manual changes to settings.

Recorded a short video to show issue. As you can see it is extremely distracting. It is linked below.

Thanks very much for passing along your specs and settings, everyone - we really appreciate it! I've highlighted these responses to our teams, to help with our investigation.

Let me know if there's any other thoughts or questions in the meantime.

    Thanks for your answer.

Do you mean that you communicated the issue to the dev team (Nadeo) ?

Yes, basically. The dev team were already aware of the issue, but I've sent across the additional information you've posted since then

Thanks for the update my dude, super much-appreciated. Will this post be updated if they discover a fix?

My game just started doing this. Minimum settings on a 1600x with a 580 and once the clouds start flickering my game drops to about 10fps. Super frustrating as it started doing it out of nowhere.

    Hello everyone,

We are still investigating this issue as we cannot reproduce it.
I would like to know if you have the issue in those different situations:
    * In the map editor while mapping and placing blocks?
    * In the map editor while driving and testing the map?
    * In solo when you press pause?
    * In solo when you open the settings (over the top of the screen and click on the cog)?

Thanks a lot for your answers.
    Cheers!

Hello, I have the same bug and unfortunately I could not reproduced it when I changed some settings.
I feel like it's one of those bugs that's hard to fix because of it's inconsistency.
    I have a GTX 750 Ti, i5 4440, 8Gb RAM.
It was pretty constant on the same map even after reloading it.
I would love to provide any more detail and will post them if I have any.
