    Xbox1 for Farcry 6

I値l be using an Xbox1 for Farcry 6. I wasn稚 planning on getting a newer console (unless I have to for the game). Will I be able to play Farcry 6 on the Xbox1? What are some of the features I値l be missing out on by not getting a newer Xbox? Please be aware that I知 not very game console smart or rich. Just like playing Farcry games and want to get the most out of them.
    Thanks,
    Ken

Judging from previous installments such as Far Cry Instincts and Far Cry Instincts Evolution on the original Xbox compared to Far Cry Instincts Predator on the Xbox 360 as well as Far Cry 4 on Xbox 360 and Xbox One, it's mostly graphics. It should be the same for Far Cry 6, including frames per second. It's likely to be 30 FPS on Xbox One and potentially 60 FPS on Xbox Series X. 4K Ultra HD, HDR and Smart Delivery for Xbox Series X|S. 4K and HDR will likely be part of Xbox One X as well. You can expect ray tracing for Xbox Series X|S.

I don't know if the Xbox One and PS4 version will feature tree destruction. I also don't know if there will be more character models and objects onscreen for Xbox Series X|S. It's likely we can expect better draw distance for Xbox Series X|S. Far Cry 4 on Xbox 360 featured less polygons, less details and less objects onscreen than its Xbox One counterpart.

We'll have to wait and see until the game comes out and see people start posting graphic comparison videos.

You will be able to play Far Cry 6 on your Xbox One and you can use the same disc (or digital game) on Xbox Series X|S.

Pretty sure I saw somewhere it said it'll run at 4k/60 on XSX, but yeah, i'd expect a 30 fps cap on xbox one. at any rate, i wouldn't expect to be missing out on anything beyond frame rate and resolution, so i wouldn't worry too much about it.
