    Errors in shop

    Hello!

    Currently, I can't buy anything from ingame shops. When I try to buy an item by Elektrum from Hermes, I got a 0x70000d07 error.
    If I want to check the menu store, it shows me a 0x20100301 error.

    I have the same problem with the exact same error codes on PC. Also today I didn't get the elektrum reward from doing the daily quest it gives me an online service error but no code.

    I have done the port forwarding from the PC document and still have the same errors. It's frustrating because it all worked last week and I haven't made any change to my PC.

    I have done the port forwarding on xbox series x and I have reseted everything. But it doesn't fixed the issue.
    Honestly, everything was fine before last Sunday. Because I could buy items last week.
    (Sunday is reset items in Hermes shop)

    I have the same issue on the xbox series x but with a different error code of: 0x70000041
    I've reset my xbox, unplugged my cables, reset my router to no avail. I did the daily quests without the electrum reward as well as the ubisoft connect weekly's (2 of them) claimed them but the rewards never appeared.

    Error code: 0x70000d07 on PS5, Hermes's Shop

    I've had the same issue all week. I haven't been able to purchase the Minotaur wings because of it. The same error code pops up as well as the message saying that a problem occured while trying to communicate to Ubisoft online service. I didn't have this issue in the prior weeks so I'm not sure why it's popping up for all of us this week...I tried clearing cache, reconnecting network, updating system/game, and restoring license, but nothing works ://

    I have the same issue, exactly, with the Minotaur Wings... tried everything. Contacted customer support and they told me to forward my port again. Apparently it's a common issue. So annoying, about to give up on this game completely.
