    Unable to Purchase items from Hermes

    Hello,

    This has been happening for the past two days now, since the latest Store reset this previous Sunday.

    I have not been able to get any items from Hermes this week. I tried reaching out to the Fenyx Rising Twitter, and they refuse to answer me.

    Hey Ubi-Ray,

    This has nothing to do with my Connection, I was able to purchase items from Hermes last week.

    This started happening with the latest Store refresh this week. Instead of asking about my connection, when I have 200 down/up Fiber Internet, wanna bring this up to the Immortals Devs and have them fix this issue?

    Sorry to hear this issue has happened to you this past week.

    At this moment, the issue has been reported to the development team. As they are working on their investigation, they are requesting players complete port forwarding as a potential workaround. We have these steps because our research has shown them to be effective at remedying the majority of issues, and we must run through these steps to rule certain causes out.

    Hey Ubi-Nacho,

    I will take a look at the port forwarding.

    I never had issues purchasing stuff from Hermes before, and like I said in my previous post, this is the first time this issue has happened. It started with this latest Store refresh.

    I hope this gets resolved soon, as I'd like to get the Wings that are available this week.

    Hey there,

    There was a new Store Refresh today, and I was able to purchase an item from Hermes. All seems fine now.

    I'm just upset now that I missed out on the Wings that I wanted to get this previous week due to this issue.

    I'm sorry to hear you were unable to purchase the wings. This was an issue for others too and on other platforms, so hopefully it won't be too long until they will reappear in the shop again but I'm not sure if the devs have any manual control over what items it will be unfortunately or if it is just going to be randomly generated each week.

    Hey Ubi-Froggard,

    I believe its randomly generated every week, I don't think they manually select what's going to be featured every week.

    But, like you said, hopefully they will reappear soon so I can purchase them. I'm just glad this issue was resolved and I was able to purchase some items this week.
