the game is on offer for 30 dollars for the ultimate edition at the xbox store.

I wanted to know if its worth paying that amount for it, considering the content it has for the campaign plus also ghost war, as Im looking forward to play that with my friends, thanks to the friends pass. since we loved Wildlands Ghost War and we still continue to play it nowadays.

Also is the next operation going to be free or is it going to be a paid dlc? Because if it is a paid dlc, then I rather wait till they release a bundle with the ultimate edition content plus the new operation.

Also does gear level give an advantage on Ghost War? Im going to be playing the game on immersive mode, therefore my gear is not going to level up as it would if I had the tier activated.

    Thank you in advance.
Breakpoint is ok but not nearly as immersive as Wildlands in PvE. It is a great game for Coop. But I’ve heard that PvP (Ghost War) is way worse than Wildlands. People apparently just sprint in a circle. (I don’t play PvP).

As for whether $30 is worth it… only you can answer that. I paid full price for it and got hundreds of hours out of it. Seemed like good value to me.

Depends on how you play it. Wildlands was great for its day with more action, but never fixed. Breakpoint has a lot more options playwise, great Graphics, but crap Missions. I paid full price too from release, but have probably a couple of thousand hours playing it.
Nowadays Missions are Ignored and myself and others play Freestyle on Hard Settings, living off the Land, making our own pretend Missions etc.
So depends on how you like to play, and if you really need Ultimate, I just use Standard Version. But a free trial might be a good beginning to make decisions.
Also is Buggy, you can Tailor the Game a lot, so plenty of Options. PVP I do not play and also heard it's Bust. Be great to hear from you and your progress and thoughts.

If you really enjoyed Wildlands you'll probably hate Breakpoint because of how much of a downgrade it is and how much it just doesn't feel like a sequel. You can't do half the stuff you could do in Wildlands. Your personal drone can't do anything your Wildlands drone could do besides mark people. Operators have hero abilities with cool downs or whatever. Base jumping is way more broken than it was in Wildlands and to fix it they placed wooden platforms out in nature? It's a horrible game. I wouldn't support Ubisoft after this game, Rainbow 6 Extraction, Elite Squad, and XDefiant.

Compared to Wiildlands, Breakpoint is much better Graphical Wise. And has capabilities away from the Main Missions and Side Missions. Walker is the Big Baddie and if you do final Mission for Him, you will see just what a Joke it is bullet sponge crap.
But! Saying that you can kill him near the Beginning to escape the nonsense.
A lot of us are Stealth Players, so the Game does not fit in with UBI Missions Rubbish. Instead we just take Bases etc and have our own ideas.
But if you are a blast it sort of player, the Main Game might suit you.
