My rank standing has become reset

Hello, I would like to report a possible bug or glitch that has happened to me. I have not played rainbow six siege in over 2 weeks, but I've already hit a rank that was plat, but it was reset for some reason. I was put at 0 MMR, unranked, and the message that was given to me stated, "MATCHMAKING RATING RANKED PLAYLIST Due to an unknown fluctuation, your Ranked standing has become uncertain and was reset. You will need to play your placement matches again to be Ranked." I was very confused. Please help

    Hey Fearswhy,

Welcome to the Forums, thank you for reaching out to us!

The reason for your reset is as advised in-game.

When too many high level MMR rollbacks are applied to a player's account, their total MMR / Ranking for the Season can be reset.

This is due to the MMR rollbacks placing your rank way out of the acceptable range to be accurate, therefore you must re-play your placement matches and re-place.

You can read more information on the MMR Rollback system here.

Sorry for any disappointment caused and if there's anything more we can help with, please let us know.

    Thank you!
