What I Dislike About Ubisoft Connect
First, this is the only major gaming/client website that requires 3rd party cookies enabled to be able to use. So, Steam, GOG, Battle.net, Epic Games, Twitch/Amazon, Indie Gala, Origin, Microsoft. I have all these clients and visit most of these sites. I have a major collection and love gaming and don't discriminate except for price. None of these sites or clients requires 3rd party cookies. Only Ubisoft Connect.
Likewise, none of those clients require more than a single UAC acceptance for an update. Ubisoft Connect requires 3 UAC acceptances for each update.
Ubisoft Connect is the only client that continually asks me for my phone number around once a week. None of the other clients ever ask me for my phone number. Also, to give my phone number to Ubisoft Connect I would have to go to the website and log-in, which requires me to go and change website cookie allowances for 3rd party cookies which I otherwise keep blocked.

A hint: I've already started Ubisoft Connect, which not only UAC prompted me three times for an update, it then also required that I relog in again because it's been more then 5 days since I've logged in because the client always pesters me to log in. So being that I'm already logged in (which means putting in both my email and PASSWORD) the client then prompts me to enter my password again so I can play Far Cry 3. So I am trying to be polite, but that's just plain stupid and insulting.
Also, an issue which is rampant on Steam forums as well, half the time I go to play Far Cry 3 it won't log me in for this single player game. Which is just kicking me while I'm down. It's even more insulting when all of your community people will tell to check your firewall or anti-virus, or reinstall UC, because the actual issue is with Ubisoft, your authentication/game servers. Don't try to pawn this off on people that have been PC gaming for over 20 years and been down this rabbit hole more times than you've gone through new employees for the forums.
Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon. You guys shut down the game servers, whatever, but then you don't want to update your game so we get stuck with an extra loading screen every time we fire it up and the game will hang for a couple minutes when you press ESC the first time because it has to check again for a connection to servers that have been shut down. We have to wait for the "failed to connect to service" pops up before we can continue. Why not just update your game to not connect to the service which is no longer available anyway?
Might & Magic X Legacy. Thanks for locking me out of the game I purchased after Act 1 and removing my ability to play the DLC which is what I purchased the Deluxe edition for. Apparently you guys like to shut down servers even if it means locking us out of our games that we recently purchased. I guess there's a community workaround, but I have a hard time wanting to download weird .dll files from someone I don't know because the major company behind the game just doesn't give a care. But don't worry, in the infinite wisdom of your community team here on the forums I'm sure they'll just ask me to reinstall Ubisoft Connect to see if that fixes the problem.
Ghost Recon Future Soldier. I purchased this game within the Ubisoft Connect client, no key was provided because it's purchased through the Ubisoft Client. Yet when I go to play the game it asks me to enter the product key. Apparently it will work sometimes with the desktop shortcut and other times directly with the client. Atleast I finished that game though.
Your store is laggy to use, oftentimes shows me the wrong currencty, likes to shut itself down after I quite a game randomly, even if the main window is open, among other things.
I've not ever felt so annoyed and displeased by a client. I'm pretty sure I'll never buy anything from your Ubisoft Connect ever again. It's been almost 10 years since Uplay started. It's nothing short of a nagging, intrusive, laggy client run by a company who seems intent on giving customers the middle finger. You don't update your games to run properly, you shut down servers blocking people from games they've already purchased, you constantly ask me for my phone number, to relog in over and over, ask me for my password after I'm already logged in to my client, ask me for cdkeys for games which you don't provide one for, and have weird behavior like 3rd party cookies and 3 UAC prompts, not to mention your client has become laggy, shows me the wrong currency, among other issues.
Good luck on whoever is running this mess and whatever you guys do or don't do to your future or present games. I've just never have had a more annoying and borderline intrusive experience of using a game client. I kind of feel that I rambled here at the end, but I just had to get it out. So, good luck, I won't be using this crapshoot of a client for much longer.
