I have been playing the game on my iPad for many weeks without major problems. But in the past week or so, I cannot get on the game at all. This error screen shows up:
I have tried to delete the game then reinstall it on the iPad many times. The same problem persists.
As a result, I downloaded the game on my iPhone and it worked for a little while. During this time, a "CAN'T COMPLETE PURCHASE" message would pop up, in which case I could press "CANCEL" and continue playing. Just today, even that does not work anymore.
I reinstalled the game on my iPhone, tried to log in, then this screen showed up:

Also, I noticed that Helix points are at zero, which is not right - I had about 47k-48k.
