    Account possibly hacked. Unknown account linking problem. Please help. Thanks.

    Hey there, i'm a bit of a noob when it comes to Ubisoft Features and therefore need help from someone who knows what he/she is talking about. I recently got a message when i switched to Rainbow Six Siege that my account had been accessed from another platform and if i wish to continue i needed to login from my own platform. (Screenshots provided below.) So i did what any player would do and changed my password, i did notice a 2fa in my email so i'm not sure if the perpetrator had successfully accessed my account or not. Now with my password changed, i startup Rainbow Six Siege and get prompted that i will now need to link an account or something. (Screenshot below.) I'm really afraid that the one responsible for accessing my account is trying to link both his account with mine or something. I CANNOT click the "X" on top to exit out of Account Linking and i got no idea what it is. Can someone please help me? This has happened 3 times before but never any Account Linking bs. This could be prevented if i could have a password longer than 16 characters but i guess Ubisoft is saving space or something. If you've been in a similar situation what did you do to resolve this? Thank you. ~Almar.

    In preview post the images are really enlarged, i recommend you right click and open in new tab for the right size.





    Ps, between both images you can see that my xp has reset.

    Sorry for the delay in getting back to you and to see you're having issues!

    Given this prompt, are you running the game through Steam or Epic Games?

    And if so, have you yet tried signing into the Ubisoft Connect client before launching the game?
