I somehow ignored how bad, unfinished and full of nonsense your games are. How you recycle the most stupid ideas, even expand them. How wommit-inducing "cinematic" effects are progresivly hard-implemented and cannot be turned off (lens flare, blur, DOF) to amuse some childish players.

I somehow ignored that your webpage, game client and store are the worst of the worst - littered with visual garbage, flooded with empty words, without chance to properly navigate, return back, find real information, filter the games and so on. Not to forget inability to log-in, constant failures to do desired action, to even finish transaction.

Yet from time to time I decided to buy some game. Far Cry series - mostly, but not exclusively. I got my achievements, got few units, from time to time I got ticket from them to buy another game.
Not any more. You induced your greedy "expire system", now I lost within short period of time 132 of them (at least what I can track back) without any warning (and even if - there was hardly that much to buy at that time) and I am going to lost another nearly 100 (98 exactly as those 2 out of 132 are exactly those that forbids me from taking another ticket as I need 100) because I cannot use them. Even worse, you erased achievements from my games that could give me some units in order to prevent me to use them -thus I lost another big package of the Units.

"Ubisoft Connect: It aims at giving the best environment for all players to enjoy their games" - that's not even bad joke, just pure arrogance towards many players

To express my gratitude for your treatment, I am not in future going to buy any game as long as it is not that cheap, that it doesn't matter anymore. IF I am going to buy anything at all. I was interested in FC6 - not anymore. Thank you for saving my money
(I know that one customer doesn't matter, even more if he is not avid pre-order type of customer - yet, it is important to not to remain silent and remind even other user who still do not know, who do they buy from)
