When you contact us please give us your player ID and take attach a photo to your case. Click middle bottom 'Adventure', then tap top left 'OPTIONS' cog, choose 'CUSTOMER SUPPORT', your profile id will show on the bottom of screen, take a screenshot of this for us and upload it to your case, thank you.
