Whenever I try to connect uplay it says connection lost .....I have tried everything..When i try with mobile it connects under the same wifi..it connect with every device but when i try to launch it with my pc it says connection lost....Steam,EpicGames,rockstar launcer is working fine in my pc ..onli uplay is not connection it says connection lost....Is there any one who can help me please?

My apologies this issue has been, but to help try and remedy the issue, I would recommend completing our Connectivity Guide here to ensure there are no restrictions that may be interfering with connecting with the Ubisoft service. If you have any VPN or anti-virus software currently enabled, I would also test disabling the software when accessing Ubisoft Connect and ensure that you have the latest version of Ubisoft Connect installed on your PC. If you have exhausted all steps shared and you still experience the same results, please keep us posted here.

Since you are able to connect via mobile with the same Wi-Fi, can you please try clearing the cache in Ubisoft Connect and run Ubisoft Connect as administrator. However, if you are still seeing this error when trying to access Ubisoft Connect please create a support ticket and attach images of your completed port forwarding from the connection troubleshooting guide. From there an agent can review these and continue assisting.
