Unable to connect to FC5 Arcade - Error Alberta-FFF0BDC0

I've been experiencing this error (Alberta-FFF0BDC0) for over a year - not once have I been able to connect to the FC5 Arcade.

    Things I've tried:
    - Everything in the FC5 Troubleshoot Guide
    - Everything in the Far Cry New Dawn Troubleshoot Guide
    - Fresh Game Install & File Validation
    - Complete Windows 10 Re-Installation (So no third party software could be conflicting)
    - Various fixes from other forum posts (such as disabling possible conflicting software such as Skype, etc)
    - Opening Firewall to the game
    - Using a VPN

I'm out of ideas, this game really just doesn't want to work for me.

I have no issues connecting to my cloud game backups or any other Ubisoft Connect services.

    Relevant Hardware:
    - AMD Threadripper 3970x
    - ASUS RTX 2080Ti
    - Corsair Vengeance 4x32gb 3200Mhz DDR4
    - Wired Ethernet Connection (Problem persists through 1GB/10GB connections through Switch and Router)

Hello Lachshmock. Thanks for reaching out about this error code you've been getting while trying to access the arcade. I'm sorry to hear it's persisted for so long! I also appreciate all of the specs and the steps you've already tried in your efforts to get this resolved! Since you have already completed the connectivity guide for Far Cry 5, I recommend grabbing a screenshot of your ports after having done the port forwarding steps and submitting that screenshot via a ticket on our support site. That way, we can get a better idea of what specifically is causing this error code and why it's persisted for so long.

As far as I know, Arcade access is only possible if you have completed the single player radio tower mission first in the playgo (introduction) part of the game. Maybe this error is related.

Make sure you advanced your progress/savegame enough for the game to have unlocked Arcade for you. I did a New Game Plus, even did the 'secret' walkaway ending at the start & that again put the game into the state where I didn't have Arcade access anymore. Only way to get it back, is to play through the game up to the radio tower mission.

Hey! Sorry to hear that you are experiencing this error. I have seen this error be resolved by whitelisting the game with your anti-virus software.

Additionally, are you using BullGuard gamebooster? If so please disable this and test.

    Thank you.
