    Game crashes when opening save file

    I’m at 87% competition through the game and decided to do some challenges. The game crashed when loading challenge 2-4 and now every time I try and load my save the game crashes on the loading screen. I’ve tried copying the save to a different save slot, restarting the system and re-downloading the game with no success. Really annoying as I’ve almost finished the story and don’t have the time to replay the entire game, especially if there’s a chance it could crash like this again. Is there any fix to this issue?

    In addition to contacting support via the links left by UbiChrisMANG, please make sure to have a look at the troubleshooting guide. In particular, make sure your Switch's firmware and all software is completely updated, and while I appreciate you'd already restarted your system, please make sure you're doing it the specific way we suggest in the guide I've linked.

    If it still doesn't work, please do get in touch with us We'll want to investigate further in that case.
