[Android] JDN Stuck on loading screen
The app is not loading at all. Although there appears a black screen that says "Loading...", it fades off and gets stuck from there.

Latest security patch (June)
JDN Version 4.7
Steps already made in order to try to fix this issue:
- Reboot system
- Clear Cache and data
- Reinstall game
- Reset system
Since none of those steps worked I count on support to check if it's device specific or there is something else not allowing me to use the JDN app.

Hey Bearusu.Myo, welcome to the forums! I'll be happy to help you get Just Dance Now running 
You've already done almost all of the troubleshooting we'd recommend. Can I just check though, are you trying to run it while the device is in power saving mode? If so, please turn that off and try again.
We've not had any reports of issues with any specific devices. Can you send me across a screenshot of the black 'loading' screen you see when trying to launch the app? I'll use this to reach out to our teams for further guidance.
