    I am not entirely sure what you mean by saying you managed to get there however if you are using VPN, this will be one of the reasons you are being connected elsewhere and accordingly, your connection speed may suffer as well, therefore you may want to try disabling VPN and then see if you continue to have ping related issues.

    No caso, eu me conecto a internet usando o cabo Ethernet.
    E uma outra coisa. Hoje eu joguei com 9 ms no Sul do Brasil. Mas agora fui jogar de novo e do nada voltou para 120 ms no Sul do Brasil. Pode ser com minha internet?

    In this case, I connect to the internet using Ethernet cable.
    And one other thing. Today I played with 9 ms in southern Brazil. But now I went to play again and out of nowhere it came back to 120 ms in the South of Brazil. Could it be with my internet?

    It's possible.
