Same problem here. I'm really tired of this 2FA code prompt. Trusted device? Nah, doesn't work. In fact, all suggestions given by the "support" do not work. Really, I must say, ubiplay/uplay/ubiconnect/whatever it's called (wtf changing the name every year???) is the worst game client I've ever used. Hell, it's even worse that epicgames. I ended up uninstalling it along with all the games. Just not worth it constantly fighting with some settings, bugs, broken updates etc.
p.s. answering your question: you can disable 2FA in your account settings on the website https://account.ubisoft.com/en-US/se...authentication
But doing so will lower your account security considerably.
