    Ubisoft Connect Overlay

    The Ubisoft Connect Overlay on Fenyx Rising simply does not work.

    If I load it from the Main Menu, the loading icon keeps doing its thing, and the Overlay never comes up. Also, I can't select anything else on the main menu, and can't continue my game, forcing me to restart.

    If I try to open the Overlay in-game from the Start Menu, same thing happens, but I can press the start button again and resume my game.

    It doesn't give any error codes or anything, loading icon just sits there spinning and nothing happens.

    It's been like this for months now, please address this issue, it's frustrating.

    Anyone have an update about this?

    Is the Dev Team aware and fixing the issue? Seems like no one likes checking the Stadia Forums on here....

    I tried this again yesterday, and it still would not open for me.

    This time, I did get an Error:

    Do you have any other Ubisoft titles on Stadia? For instance to see if the same connection problems happen there or if it's just specific to Immortals?

    Hey Ubi-Baron,

    This is just specific to Fenyx Rising. I have other Ubi Titles such as Siege, Valhalla, Far Cry, Watch Dogs, etc and this doesn't happen.

    Like I said in my Original Post, the Overlay doesn't come up, and the loading icon just keeps spinning. After a couple tries, I get that error message that I linked.

    Is there any update about this?

    Does the Dev Team even know about this issue? I've been experiencing this ever since I got Fenyx Rising on Stadia a few months ago, and it's still happening.

    Would be nice if this got fixed..

    I'm very sorry for the delay in response. Would you be able to grab a video for me so I can make double sure if this has been reported or not? I do know that I haven't seen that "[0x1000000c]" error message before though.

    Hey there,

    Yes, I will record this on Stadia, and provide a Link. The error code I provided only comes up when I try to access the Overlay multiple times after it fails the first time.

    I've been having to use the App on my Phone to check the Challenges, instead of being able to use the Overlay. I have no other issue with this in other Ubisoft Titles I own, such as the Far Cry Titles, Division 2, Watch Dogs(all 3 titles), etc.

    This is only specific to Fenyx Rising, as I mentioned in my previous post. I've been experiencing this ever since I got the game on Stadia a few months ago.
