I don't know who I can get to listen,
but I used to play warcraft modded CS 1.6 servers, with ladders from the host and an exciting, developed combat system. I argue, based on the intuitive nature of the combat system in For Honor, this game should be recreated into something greater for the world and it's target audience.

It's still doing well, just had an uptick in users in the last month.
The world is starving for a good mmo and this realistically has the highest ceiling skill for combat without even imaging other abilities. It's time to revamp this game and turn it into an expanded territory level mmo with a focus on seasonal wins for varying categories.
We used to thrive on scoreboards and levels and playing our way to success through skill, this is, I reiterate, the greatest indepth combat skill system that is offered without even considering advanced skills against bigger groups.
If we could expand this game into an mmo and not battle royale (realise that's how Battlerite died, but this games combat system offers far greater depth and difficulty, which I think why it has such a high entry point in terms of skill which lends into to time instead of raw skill separation, which it will always offer)

This is asking a bit much but with a game that has finally touched on a new, workable, intuitive combat system, it should be evolved.

Who can fill the roles of WoW with a new combat system?

(WoW didn't get big because it just had PvP, it's PvE did and does offer as much variability in gameplay and difficulty / time investment as PvP)

For PvP:
-its pretty good now but could be made so that time invested can overcome skill sometimes but not completely, balance
-seasonal ladder scoreboard, reset levels, reset *skills?, reset items? who knows, but people love to compete for everylasting glory. for glory
-skills and abilities to balance and imbalance the game for fun, please see cs 1.6 war3.
-attempt to balance the game for even more matchups, 10v10, 20v20, 30v30, 50v50, 100v100, make it a true mmo pvp.

Add PvE
-as mmo in general, not to say to create this like WoW but it can have it own dynamic with large raid bosses for gear and ladder progression.
