    Ditto too I'm having this damn problem on ps5, I texted Ubisoft support and they told me they sent the problem to the game team and they also opened an investigation.

    Ubisoft is aware of the issue and is looking into it. So hopefully this will be fixed within the next hour or so.

    Hero unlocked fine for me on Xbox, but I didn't get anything besides the hero.

    No 7 day champ status
    No scavenger crates

    it seems that maintenance on Xbox and PC is over but for PS4-5 there are unforeseen problems. in fact not even PSN works my account is as if it were offline even if I am connected to the internet.

    Me too

    I tried to buy the kyoshin in-app with the ubisoft overlay but it says that it's not available in my country, then i got on the store to check and it's there but avoided to buy it in case something bad might happen. Out of curiosity i checked the section where there are warmonger and gryphon's packs nad kyoshin isn't there.
