Chords Missed that are not missed

I haven't figured out on my end if it's the sensitivity of the program or something else going on. But I know that I can't get past this lesson because it keeps saying I missed a chord when I can clearly see, hear, and tell that it was NOT missed, all notes that should are ringing and those that shouldn't aren't and it's on time every time and yet... for me that lesson keeps saying that I'm missing chords. I think it may also be a timing thing in that in the music it starts the strum before the game's notation shows you should, in that it is usually playing it at the cut off of the tail of the last chord... instead of the start of the new chord where it should. But I've made up for that timing and got missed chords on chords I wasn't missing but got that chord... then the next run it'll be reversed. I don't know what's going on, but it's incredibly infuriating to have that happen.

I noticed it has some lag and at times the note highway will get stuck while the song continues to play. My buddy pointed it out and suggested hitting the note slightly sooner. It helps at time but another thing people have noticed is the game is very strict when it comes to playing each note. Slides and bend and tremolos must be hit exactly as the song displays. Arpeggios are a nightmare. I hope they adjust things to make it a little more forgiving. I also miss SCORE ATTACK as it was my go to for working on timing. Hopefully it’s added to RS+ along with non stop play and guitarcade. It would also be nice if they bring back multiplayer. When I have someone playing along with me I’m more motivated to play longer and encouraged to work harder at improving.
