    game needs 3-rd person mode

please do it in third person mode.
now the industry is so oversaturated with a first-person view that it really becomes a pity for those characters and for those people who create these characters, and in the end you only see the wrist and the weapon
it is painstaking work to come up with a character and, as a result, see him only in the inventory or on the personalization panel
I will be very glad if me and those who think the same way as I will hear
I've been with you for almost 10 years
I do concept art and 3D animation myself
    Thank you

You do realize that there is more to it than simply making something 3rd person, right?

And I'm not speaking from a camera/modeling perspective but from a gameplay and balancing perspective. I'm fairly certain they would have to redo a lot of abilities, gunplay mechanics, etc., just to implement 3rd person at this stage of the development process.

I disagree that the game "needs" 3rd person mode because that is not the vision the creators have in mind, as well as successful games in shooters, which have basically all been the first-person perspective.

XDefiant is a First Person Shooter , end of story

if you want 3rd person like Division 2 you will have to wait for Division : Heartland to be released

It's a good point. You can choose 1st or 3rd person view in Skyrim/ESO. Why it is not available in shooters?

Because in those games the way to fight enemies and other players is way different. The whole leveldesign is different in 1st person and 3rd person shooters, because of the point of view and what you can see. Peeking over obstacles, leaning, crouching, running, etc has all to be considered. Just because "there are guns and shooting", does not mean that you can simply switch from 1st to 3rd person view in most games. Look at The Division, which plays completely different than Ghost Recon or Rainbow Six, while all three are somewhat tactical games. Non of the Siege Maps would work in 3rd person, neither would The Division or Ghost Recon Maps work in Siege, specially not in competitive game modes. The design needs to be completely different.

I don't plan on playing the game but I get OP point. Games like Pubg has the option. Even the World War Z Aftermath expansion that has PvP can be played in 1st and 3rd person view as well. Still Ubisoft does the bare minimum so it will be best to wait for The Division Heartlands. I know it's nerve racking when Ubisoft announces 3 back to back 1st person shooters. FarCry 6, R6 Parasite, and TC XD.

I get Ubisoft 3rd person shooters didn't have much pvp treatment fans wanted. GR Breakpoint PvP being a good example of being abandoned. The Division 2 PvP being abandoned possibly due to the upcoming Heartlands. Also Watch Dogs Legion PvP not even having human fights but spider bot fights instead. When you look at the issues Ubisoft only cares solely on their vision and not others. So it may be best to move on.

I'm enjoying Rogue Company which is possibly the most recent popular third person PvP shooter out there that has major updates every month with a mix of 4v4 and 6v6 modes. It's f2p and even that game holding 20 million players is going to be more popular than this game. They listen to player feedback and it shows the difference how small companies can outshine AAA studios in so many ways. Rogue Company isn't pay 2 win but you can grind to unlock characters without paying. I support the game so I'm glad to pay for weapon skin and emotes as long as the game continues the grow the way players want.

As someone who plays Breakpoint constantly, 3rd person with the option of ADS is the way to go. I don't like that I rarely see all the cosmetic work that goes into characters on first-person shooters, but at least on Breakpoint my running around I can appreciate all the work I put into obtaining cosmetics and matching them to my style.

I think there is room for a Third Person mode similar to Breakpoint, but that does require gameplay tweaks to some degree. I don't think it needs to be a complete overhaul. I don't think that abilities need to be adjusted that much either. The real problem because the advantage 3rd person creates around corners for certain players. But this is a problem we can address in multiple ways beyond limiting the visual play style. I think if Echelon can ping enemies through walls, having people in 3rd person isn't that terribly broken. Just my two cents!

Looking around walls while in 3rd person has been a thing for years. It's clearly a tactic and it's up to the defender to be aware of they surroundings at all times. I don't see that gamebreaking or a problem. Complete run and gun or high TTK is more of a problem and less tactical imo.

I'm not feeling this game much but if you want third person pvp you'll have to wait for The Division Heartlands or Ghost Recon. Ubisoft does the bare minimum. If possible they can make a mode where these players can use first person and others can use third person. Still this Ubisoft we talking and we know the amount of effort they produce.

I think that the extra awareness that having 3rd person gives you can easily be game breaking if not designed with the option to switch in mind. Like someone else here said, it isn't something you tack on without reason. 'Sides which, it isn't strictly a necessity. While the lack of decent 3rd person pvp games is annoying, the game doesn't have to bend to your whims as a result of that annoyance.

This - third person peek is a real problem if the game hasn't been designed with this in mind. I remember when Blackout (BO4 BR mode) brought out Emotes - you went into third person to do the emote which then created a tactical advantage for you to peek. I don't think its needed to be honest but if they do add it, I hope they do so with the intention of it being used as a proper tool and hopefully not have it be something that is completely abused.
