I want to post something there, but it seems that rarely any traction gets behind any posts, and it also seems like anything regarding content suggestions are completely missed by Ubi representatives. Is there something I don't know about? Or is this just the nature that Ubi doesn't look at content-based suggestions? It seems like they look at Suggestions and Feedback a lot less often than they used to back in 2018.
Doesn't that create an air of uncertainty among the community though? I know they have more important things to do, but at least a bit more transparency can give stable ground once again.Originally Posted by deathtocakl Go to original post
I mean they obviously aren't gonna tell you anything they have going on. And it's quite the waste of time to say "thanks for posting" on every single post. UbiYubble does look at most all of the posts. But he usually only responds to things he can potentially help with.Originally Posted by Ia-Shaggy Go to original post
So then what's the point of suggesting anything if it's stuff that we can't even know if it's actually something the representatives can help us with? are we just throwing our ideas into the air for them just to fall to the ground unnoticed?Originally Posted by deathtocakl Go to original post
While we don't respond to every thread, feedback threads and discussions are looked over, documented in a report (by me, pog) and sent over to the team.Originally Posted by Ia-Shaggy Go to original postIf you have some feedback to share, whether negative or otherwise, please feel free to do so!
