Framerate drop/character stops during Rayman Legengs gameplay

Hi, I have strange issue when playing Rayman Legends.
It looks like game have periodical frame rate drops and character looks like it stops or freeze (issue shown on video below).
Issue appears on ThinkPad P52, Windows 10, both system and game were installed today - game right after reinstalling system to verify.

    Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8850H CPU @ 2.60GHz 2.59 GHz
Installed RAM 64,0 GB (63,7 GB usable)
System type Windows 10 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

Other games are running fine (MudRunner, Anno 2205, Assasin Creed Unity, Dirt Rally 2.0) There is only issue with Rayman...

It looks like that - please check video - always appears 'in pairs':

    Please check in :
    1:01 and 1:05
    1:38 and 1:41
    2:18 and 2:20
    2:57 and 3:00
    3:33 and 3:36

I was trying to figure out the source of the issue using Windows Performance Analyzer:

Details - it looks like each time I'm getting issue the WmiPrvSE process usage rises

    Right after mmc.exe usage rises:

    Rayman CPU Usage:

What could be the source of the issue?

Hey iisrii! Thanks for reaching out and providing all the details for this frame dropping issue. I greatly appreciate it! Can you let me know if you're running the game in Fullscreen, Windowed Borderless, or Windowed mode? Also, are you using two monitors or one?

Hi, I was trying different scenarios, including internal and external display, windowed and full screen, differen resolutions from very low till 4k, it is always working in the same way - two slowdowns and then about 30s - 2 minutes working fine. This period of working fine is almost the same but can be different in different days. For example one day I have slowdowns each 30 seconds, other each 2 minutes.
I can send some additional logs or something, but please provide some instructions what would be needed.

    Thanks and regards,
