Everytime i play with my last match being either a unranked or a quick match, then log in the next day all my cosmetics are reset to default. Its honestly pissing me off i dont know if that the real issue it just seems to be the only thing i can think of. It usually happens 3-4 times a week and i dont even bother to put the skins I PAID FOR on anymore
Hello TheSPAGOOTERS, thanks for getting in touch, this is a known issue that is caused by a corrupted save profile.
To fix this, you will need to delete your local save files by following this guide -

Once you have deleted the save file, please launch the game, reset your loadout and see if it resets back to the default loadout that you have when you first begin to play the game.
Deleting the save file will reset the settings, loadouts and Situation progress.
You will not lose your level, renown, R6 credits, operators or season pass.
This bug was supposed to have been fixed in the past 2 updates yet nothing has been fixed. Im probably not the only loyal customer and support of this game that has filed multiple complaints about such. The items that you explain to us that are supposed to fix it doesnt and then you all put forward no effort in regards to fix not just these small problems but larger ones. For a community that gives so much to the company in trust that it will further a game that has such potential to last for a very long time. You guys dont work on these things that everyday players deal with; then when you do fix a problem its one that is 2-3 years old or one that mainly pros or their coachs speak on. Items such that are brought upon for everyday casual, unranked, or ranked players. Ones that love the game and enjoy it. Please fix these problems. We as a community give Ubisoft money in exchange for skins that we love to show off and in hope things that problems be solved. But most times are put in the back burner.

This issue has affected players for sometime now in the game, whilst we were unable to resolve it permanently, due to being linked to players save files, we can only provide a workaround of deleting your save profile which should temporarily fix the issue.
We have now received more reports that this may happen after an update, after playing an event, in the operator selection screen and other situations too.
We are still investigating a permanent fix and we are currently looking into if certain updates can cause this too. Our QA team will continue looking into recent reports that have been brought to our attention through the forum and social media, thank you for your help.
Hello GardenofEden91 thanks for your input, this is another reason the game won't save customisation options and may reset to default, which we are aware of.
As previously said, we are working to fix all instances that cause this loadout reset, as the cause can be for a number of reasons, which can make finding a permanent resolution a little more complicated. Thank you for your patience.
