‘Then who the F is Bowman talking to?’
‘El Cerebros top submersible designer. A sacrificial lamb, basically!’
‘Damn, that’s some next level super villain S right there.’

Could that last line be a clue?
Could be of course, who really knows what the devs decided on.

The intel that was presented on El Cerebro; is that of him, or his top sub designer? If the former, then they really should be able to determine if it's him that they captured, and he's not aware of how much data the agency actually has on him . If the latter, then yeah, who they thought was El Cerebro all this time (via the intel), is indeed someone else.

My bottom line; ain't goin' loose any sleep over it ...

I think it was the subs mostly. But I’d have to look more deeply into it…..which I don’t think I can really be bothered to do…..especially while the suns shining……and when I’ve just finished nights.

It may just be they had more planned along that storyline, that they didn’t end up pursuing, but it’d be nice if they tied it up, especially if they brought back some of the old Wildlands soundtrack and atmosphere.
