so,
I just want to ask developers or maintenance workers when the bug in Connect will be fixed, when it is not possible to unlock a reward that has already been obtained from another source, resp. when such a reward will be marked as unlocked. for example for Immortals Fenyx Rising this is a Frozen armor set, most recently AC Valhalla Altair outfit. Both rewards was obtained through Amazon Prime. And yet the second question, when will I be shown rewards again for Settlers 7 in Connect. There is a blank page now. Thanks.

Thanks for the update. We are aware that rewards that have been previously redeemed through methods other than Ubisoft Connect are missing the unlocked status in the Ubisoft Connect Rewards interface.
If this particular issue is affecting other Rewards or preventing you from accessing the rewards you redeemed through other promotions, please let us know! In the meantime we will continue to look into the cause of the issue described above.
