    An idea concerning regular mode.

This is an idea about how to improve regular mode (gear score mode), whether you play raid or just regular pve mode.
In regular mode, when you get new weapons and armor, you get a random perk or two to go with the tier of your gear. However, if you want a specific perk, such as increased handling for an lmg, or increased ammo capacity, you either have to buy a new weapon from the shop or find new gear when you defeat an enemy.
If you include something for regular mode, maybe add a gear perk and tier modification option in Maria's Shop. This way, if you have enough skell creds and resources, you can modify the perks and tier of any gear you find your liking. Maybe even add new perk options such as decreased stamina costs for weapons, and damage resistance for armor. This can help leave not just tactics, but also preparedness up to the player.
    Thank you for your time.

Yes I like that idea, this will save us many useless time of grinding for a weapon

    Thanks,

As much as I like playing regular mode (for stat enhancements, not score restrictions), the last thing I want when making, or get better equipment is to leave it up to chance. Doesn't matter if I'm hunting for gear, or buying it, it's just wasteful.

So basically, you want them to steal yet another mechanic from The Division, and add a recalibration ability? Most people want the game to LESS like The Division, not more.

I agree with Meg. This pushes GR too much into TD. It's fine for BP because it's already dipped too deep into TD in my opinion, but for future GRs, it needs to drop the gear scores, skill points, and all things associated with other Ubisoft games. It needs the right innovation to become a milsim, or at minimum, milsim light.

I personally don't agree with my suggestion making this game way too much like the Division. If not for other games, okay. I just put this suggestion in for people who prefer to play regular mode (like myself), people who play pvp, or people who play raid.
As I said, I prefer regular for stat enhancements and not gear score restrictions. Heck, I prefer that this option would just work on perks, not increasing gear score. It would all also make good use of all those resources we come across, like drone plating and gun parts. But, it was just a suggestion.
If anyone else thinks this a good idea, glad to hear it. If not, sorry to bother you.
