    Anyone else had the latest Rift Event soft-lock right at the end of Mission 5?

    It happened when I used Evie to kill the two enemies in the final room with a bleeding effect.

    Managed to avoid it when retrying by being safe (1x speed, not skipping dialogue, using a different character), but I'd be curious to know if anyone else had the same problem I did.

    EDIT: That's so weird - it appears to have been a one-off. I've gone back up to 3x speed and I've used Evie's bleeding effect... worked fine. How bizarre.

    UPDATE: It's skipping the dialogue that does it. DO NOT SKIP ANY SEQUENCES IN THE FINAL ROOM. It will cause the three heroes to stand around and not properly trigger the ending sequence once the cultists run away, which leaves the game stuck (you can't even access the pause menu - the game just gets stuck and you're down 21 Rift Tokens as you've no option but to force-quit the game).

    I faced the same problem as you mentioned.

    At the end of Mission 5, when I used Spike Assist skill with Evie in the last room, I encountered this same problem as you described, The first enemy died, but the second enemy did not die and the game froze and nothing reacted

    Actually, it's a different problem for me - both enemies die, the cutscenes play but I'm just left staring at two of my heroes as they stand around doing nothing.

    EDIT Oh, no, I've just experienced the exact same problem you described. The game has locked up on me, but at least this time I could access the pause menu and retry..? I'm still down a bunch of Rift Tokens wither way. God this event is glitchy!

    EDIT: Nope, just had it again with other characters fighting in the end room - completely locked up at the final walking cutscene. Apparently the only way to get this to work properly is to play it at 1x speed and not skip any of the dialogue scenes, and even then it's no guarantee. I want those 100+ Rift Tokens back please, Ubisoft.

    I really have no idea what triggered this Bug, there are people using Shakir on ACR Official Discord channel and encountering this issue

    I was thinking that Evie's Bleeding Effect skill might be the problem that triggered this issue, but with your explanations I realized that it is not Bleeding Effect

    I really wish this problem to be fixed, I shared some of your comments in ACR Official Discord channel "bug-reports" tab.

    I suspect it's some combination of everything: playing at anything above 1x speed, skipping the cutscenes, using characters who have status effects... it's a complete mess.

    It certainly appears that there's two separate bugs:

    - One that leaves the game stuck with the second enemy not being killed (though you can still access the pause menu and quit)

    - One that has the two unselected heroes appear in the final cutscene, causing the mission to not end and hang on those characters (with no option to bring up the pause menu - if you see those other two characters appear, access the pause menu and quit ASAP before the icon vanishes).

    I created a test video for The Hunter's Hounds Final Room of Mission Fifth

    I used Shakir in the last room and Game Speed was x3, I skipped all cutscenes and didn't encounter any game freezing issues

    Hey all! In version 3.1.2 which we just launched today, we included a fix for a soft lock that occurred in Hunter's Hounds Mission 5. I suspect that you may still be on version 3.1.1, can you confirm whether this issue still occurs for you on version 3.1.2?

    Hello Dear Ubi-Bunny
    I upgraded the game to update version 3.1.2.98255.98255 now
    Currently, I have not encountered such a problem in The Hunter's Hounds Helix Rift Event.

    I'm on 3.1.2, and I still got a soft-lock. It was the one previously described as:

    Yes, you are right

    Softlock persists when you use Bleeding Effect skills in new Patch 3.1.2, so I recommend not using Bleeding Effect skills in Helix Rift Events at this time

    Try not to use Evie's Spike Assist skill, especially in the last rooms:
