recently started playing anno 1800 again on a new pc, and i noticed some icons take a long time to load (4+ seconds)
everytime i visit an island i haven't visited yet that session a few of the icons are slow to load. when i com back to an island i've already visited the icons load only slightly faster.
so far i've only noticed it with fertility and deposits, but that's partly because i don't have an older save and i want to know if there is fix before i started a new campaign, so i've no clue if it's an bigger issue than only those icons.
i'm playing on a 4k monitor with an 3070 (updated drivers earlier this week for it)
an i9 10900F and 32gb of ram. I've the game installed on my SSD
i tried lowering graphics, even scaling back in resolution, tried both dx11 and 12 but it keeps happening
i've reinstalled the game, and verified the files (several times)
i know it's not a big problem, but it is annoying when i quickly want to check what all the islands are good for
i just noticed that for some reason the picture wasn't included, i now used google drive so hopefully it will work now
( i cut out most of the picture because it seemed irrelevant, but i can always create a new one if needed)
oh, and the game is totally unmodded.
the island has a 4th fertility, so here 1 deposit and 1 fertility icon were slow to load, but i've seen island were up to 3 deposits icons needed 4 seconds to load.
i'm the kind of person that will focus on that every time i play, so while i know it's a small issue, i know it would annoy me if i try to play with this going on

It is great to hear you have already tried verifying your files as this helps us pinpoint the cause a little closer.
To rule out any background applications using resources that could be causing this delay would it be possible to perform a clean boot?

on my 500GB SSD, (also have windows 10 running on that one)
i also tried all the troubleshooting steps from here:

and none of it helped.
one thing i noticed is that it talks about game/support/software folder
for me both directX and Redist both have a seperate folder in /support (and i don't have a /software folder) (although it also says not every game has a /support folder, so i don't know how relevant that is))
however i ran the exe for both redist and direct x and both software claim to be up to date
