Well said, I'm moving this post to Reddit in the hope that the developers will read it and make a decent reworking of the hero.

    EDIT:
What you wrote is right, the only thing I think is that "stampede charge" is fine at 500ms.

If they could some how fix stampede whiffing a lot more now whilst keeping it 500ms then sure, keep it. But it's a do nothing buff for Raider either way. The way ganks work in general is done off of confirmed instances. So it being 100ms faster doesn't make it land more for ganks. The buff was attempting to make it a comparable option to crashing charge. When nothing else compares to crashing charge because of how busted the move is inherently. Other options are serviciable. CC is just better in everyway.

Raime not sure if you were aware but all of your extended feedbacks were shared in posts on the FH Comp subreddit.

I told them to give you your props.

I agree with your Raider feedback. I feel like the stamina adjustment was a step forward, the stunning tap & armor changes were 2 steps back.

I was not aware. I frequently stare at the front page of the comp reddit though so that's strange.

It was me, I also wrote that I would share this post on Reddit, the reason is that I think you did a great review of the Raider, since I know sometimes developers look at us on r/CompetitiveForHonor I thought I would post it in hopes that they would coherently fix this hero.

Anyway, I also wrote at the beginning of the post that it's not my work and I left the link to the main For honor forum in case there's someone who would like to post a reply directly to your post.

Here is the link to your post in r/CompetitiveForHonor:

Odd. Now I see yours thanks to the link. Maybe Reddit is just having an off day. Gripp makes it sound like all 3 of my threads were posted but I now only see yours.

I appreciate the credit though. I choose to make my lengthy threads here instead of comp reddit because more than 1 of the mods for this forum has passed my threads to the devs personally in the past. I don't expect that to still be happening of course. But posting threads here is what I am used to.

Well 2 of the forum mods are now on the Warriors Den stream so that helps!

I thought the others were posted but i think you are right it looks like just Raider feedback was.

Yes and i'm really glad they are. Even if it's not mentioned seeing them up their and directly interacting with the devs makes me feel like feedback is getting passed along.

I actually enjoy dev streams more now. They always have good information like old dens used to. Having Steffan there is good because we're familiar with him and he's sort of taken over Roman's role as being the overseer of changes. Like, he does a good job at acknowledging things and explaining (some what) things. It essentially gives us a small glimpse into their thought processes when he does and that's greatly appreciated.

JC despite being a new face is also very nice because he strictly gives us technical information. This is really amazing to have because it lets those of us who get the game on a more nitty gritty level see how things will be/should be like. This in turn helps us further understand dev intent which in return means we can give more focused feedback. I may not always agree with everything said on the den between steff, JC, and the mods but I definitely appreciate their grouping on the dens. It makes me want to tune into them more.

I feel like it was me who got Raider's armor timing set back a bit, but that's probably untrue lol

I was expressing the opinion that Raider's only "OP" feature was how quickly HA activated into the chained heavies and I have been sharing this opinion for the better part of a year, if not longer.

High level duels against live Raider is just people back step lighting to chained heavies and then mixing up with soft feints but the armor timing allowed players to have HA active and still make a choice after that point.

This basically allowed players to "heby on red" like OG Hitokiri, except it was more like "don't soft feint on red".

What I mean is it seems players could reactionary soft feint depending on how the enemy responded to seeing the HA activate.

If the opponent went to defend a soft feint, you can just do nothing and let the HA heavy fly. Obviously it is harder to pull off than Hito's OG "heby on red" but for higher level players, it's just as easy to access.

For that reason, I feel the armor change was absolutely REQUIRED to move forward with Raider, and I wouldn't mind another buff to be added to the TG Raider, just don't revert the armor timing because that change is integral to keeping Raider balanced.

I remember when Raider had zero HA and I loved him back then. Yes he still had his stun, but I woulda been fine having stun removed and just playing Raider like that, in a far weaker state than he currently is.

I loved Raider in the TG, myself. I was using Raider's weaknesses as strengths for myself and just baiting the ever living poopy outta people. It was great.

Funny thing too is I was baiting storming taps out of other Raiders like nothing, but I was also landing my own storming taps without fail. Just gotta mix that poo up.

Me, I only published your post about the Raider, the other two I did not publish.
