I'm interested in what this moderator is doing on this forum. Did he get paid for it? I just reported him to the internal team for his failure to answer questions, complaints and general inaction. His last post was 6 days ago, and as far as I can see, there are no more moderators except him. I suggest adding more moderators or removing the current one.

Hi,
For your information
As stated in the Forum RulesModerators are volunteer helpers selected from the community. Their opinions and comments do not reflect the opinion of Ubisoft. They are tasked with the day to day running of the game forum and helping the community team were possible.
Moderation actions – These are not a topic for public discussion, if you have a serious issue to raise with moderation actions taken against you or in general, please contact a Community Manager. Flaming moderators or their actions (this includes telling them how to moderate) is no more acceptable than insulting a regular user. We ask that moderators receive the same civil treatment as other forum members as they put in a lot of time and effort into these forums. If you need to contact a moderator or community manager, you can view that forum’s moderator list under its title (e.g. Splinter Cell) on the main forum index.
The roles of the various Ubisoft Staff is also explained in the link

The moderators seldom do anything in these forums any longer, except to occasionally harass and harangue people for 'necroing' older threads (even though most of those old threads are STILL relevant because UBI hasn't fixed long-standing problems in Siege). They seem to be as disengaged towards the forums as UBI is with the game itself.
To be fair, it's got to be a tough job for an unpaid volunteer. They have to be apologists for UBI and make excuses for their neglect, constant failures, and sometimes outright dishonesty. Maybe the mods have just walked away because they've gotten tired of hearing our complaints about problems which they know UBI has no intention of resolving. Right now it's UBI doing all the neglect, but the moderators get all the complaints. That hardly seems fair. It's the company and the developers who ought to be getting an earful. I'm sure many of them would probably be genuinely shocked to learn that they have so many dissatisfied customers. They set up the moderators specifically to be a barrier between them and the customers so they would never hear our complaints. Mission accomplished.
It's worth pointing out that moderators get the same information as everyone else.
We don't have insider information nor have we signed NDAs
I've been doing this for a very long time and the forums have evolved - The Forum rules have been consistent and updated to reflect the evolving nature of social media sites.
We were never here to replace or to be a fallout barrier for the CM's and CR's, as they do read the forums and while they might not address or reply to everything that is brought up they are very well aware of issues raised by the community - that's from my years of experience.
I got the impression that visits to these forums from actual UBI employees, or game developers, is extremely rare (if any). Previous moderators like UBIMorning made mention, in several past threads, that they gather snippets of info which convey the 'general trend' of these forums from week to week. And that they 'pass it along' to the game developers in occasional reports. Which definitely supports the overall impression that UBI is getting their information about our discontent from infrequent, and second-hand sources at best. It would also explain why the company is implementing changes and alterations to the game which appear to be the exact opposite of, and even in direct defiance, of their main customer base.
