If what you meant was deflects and superior dodges then:

All heroes with reflex guard can deflect.

Zanhu, Kensei, Valk have superior block, that can be followed up with a guaranteed punish. Conq's superior dodge is working fine, try to press GB imput earlier and it should work.

Tiandi has just block on dodge, which means he will just block and be affected by blockstun. Tiandi also has a crushing counter, which is similar to deflects or superior block dodges cuz it's accessed through his dodge light, so it's more like Warlord's lights than Kensei's dodge. Tiandi is a weird guy...

So man, you are telling me this post is not about Doge? the meme crypto virtual coin? Are all of you sure? I was thinking he was talking about dodges but dodges are so EZ to understand that I think a question involving if dodges work on all chars is redundant ...then I saw he was actually saying Doge multiple times even in the title so...yeah I think he is talking about some weird things like characters using "normal" Doge coins.

maybe he is talking about Dogs like Goat say? I still put my bets On Doge Coin.
