    Constant crashing

    Hello,

I bought the game yesterday and have been experiencing constant crashes with it. First in the initial cutscenes (during helicopter ride) and after MANY reloads and attempted fixes I completed the cutscene and now I'm crashing in the initial firefight at the cabin (when the US Marshal gets in the truck). Each crash is about 15 seconds after the previous one - IE, the first crash was when I started shooting out the windows, the second when running to the truck, the next when leaning out the window to fire back, then when driving past the deer ... I gave up and came here after that.

    I've tried:
    • Installing new video card drivers
    • Installing new CPU drivers
    • Granting the game admin rights
    • updating windows

    Windows 10 64-bit
    Intel Core i7-6700k CPI @ 4.00GHz
    32g of RAM
    NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Ti

    Hey Domitiani,

I am sorry to hear that you're encountering crashing in-game. Do you get any errors when the game crashes?

Have you disabled any unnecessary processes while you play?

Checking in with the same issue- purchased via steam.

    Ryzen 5 3600
    powercolor RD 590x (21.6.2)
    32GB

I've also tried reinstalling drivers, moving the game install from an m.2 ssd to the C: drive, running a repair on the VC++ redists, and manually installing the included redists in the install folder.

I haven't noticed as distinct a pattern (ie 15 seconds after the last) but it occurs predictably within 10 or so minutes of play.

actually- started poking around more on my system.

    Running Windows 10 Pro 19043.1083 (21H1)
Windows Security > App/Browser Control > Exploit Protection Settings > Program Settings > Add Program to customize > Path/To/Game.exe

I lazily just disabled/overrode all the settings and so far the game has not crashed at all the points I'd expect. I suspect the issue is with one of the ASLR configurations.
