The ranged heavy wall splat, the ranged heavy after a back roll, even the sickle rain from GB. However, something need to be adjusted.

1-Sickle rain bleed needs a slight nerf. Make it 3 ticks of 1 bleed damage instead of 4, that way it will only deal 32 damage.
2-Make so he does the sickle rain after a GB throw, so he can just use this on wall splats.
3-The wall splat can stay, however, it is the kick that needs to have this propertym not the ranged heavy. So it guarantees a delayed heavy opener.
4-The ranged heavy after backroll can stay, once the opponent can simply dodge it, it deals low damage and it only works when the opponent is not expecting.

These things are by far not intentional, however, with proper balancing they can be really healthy and fun addtions to the game.
Also, I believe without those things, shinobi would be kinda *** regardless of his rework. Lowest HP, 14 damage ranged heavy, no opener.

One last thing:
Buff his deflect. The kick should be guaranteed, and the bleed should be increased to 4 ticks of 2 bleed damage.
