    Several days later and still no save file.

    I've contacted support and I received a ticket and nobody has contacted me. I've waited patiently for several days waiting to get my saved data back and still nothing. Also, every time I launch the game it gives me the Ghost experience screen. So am I going to get my data back or what?

    You are not alone. Exactly simillar situation happend to me at 28/06/21 was some server problems and I can't login in to the game. After hour or so, finally logged in and my first slot (475h of gameplay) is replaced whit brand new and "Ghost experience screen" ����

    Same thing happened to me. I was 85% completed and Ubisoft wiped out ALL my saved files and expects me to start the game all over again. Well, maybe later, but right now I am staying away from Ubisoft since you never know when they will wipe out your progress again and moving on to someone else's game.
