Credit where credit is due. They recognized the raid was unpopular, canned the second raid and gave us solo exploration of Golem island.

As you say it’s communication we really need. There’s clear evidence they listen, even if sometimes their hearing seems a little selective. What we need now is for them to talk back a little more.

Honestly I think that ship sailed a long time ago. While they have made some steps in the right direction, they have also at the same time done some extreme face palm moments and there have been more of those than steps in the right direction. BP is so fundamentally flawed I am not even sure there is a way to really fix it.

The best they can do in my eyes is use it as a test bed for features in the next GR game. Iron out capabilities for the AI teammates, fix the animations, fix the gunsmith and weapon attributes. If they can at least get the basic functionality right they can have another team working on developing the concept for the next game - campaign design, core story line, mission planning, additional features to support the new design and then just port over the animations, gun smith etc. Work with the community to really nail that piece down. That would go a long way towards restoring community confidence as well.

Sssssooooooo...................................... A Nun, an international man of mystery (hint: he was wearing Kryptek Camo), and a Ubi Developer walk into a bar.....................................

Jeez! Doesn't make any difference how many weeks I take off from the forum; there's ALWAYS something good going on over here!

Oh yea...........................Breakpoint. Glad I dropped out and stopped caring when I did. I still give Ubi the benefit of a doubt; hoping they'll pleasantly surprise many of us with the next GR edition; demonstrating they learned to use invaluable FREE market research contained in the Breakpoint forum. Not too worried about what/where ever the game world might be. They got a pretty good lock on how to do that. They REALLY need to up their game on plot/storyline so it's not insulting to drunken lemurs.

As a belated suggestion; warfare, terrorism, drug dealing, slave trading, assassinating for any cause, viking marauding, etc, etc, and the like are all pretty grim theaters of human endeavor. Attempting to "lighten them up" by including sophomoric humor, collectibles of any type, casual gamer pandering features (in game games), or arcade type game play elements is doomed to failure. Seriously consider the moral, ethical, political, and humanitarian content of your game plot/storyline then STAY IN THAT LANE.

Nothing wrong with lighter hearted, easier to play, less serious games. Make them; make them well, and STAY IN THEIR LANE too. Wildlands actually got about one third to maybe half way there on an adult level Spec Ops role playing game. Advance the state of art; ditch the ****** stuff panned in the forum; polish the good/great stuff the forum enthused about, INOVATE but STAY IN THAT LANE.

Gotta go.............................got some bass fishing to do then a flock of doomsday cultists to burn alive (see what I mean?).

PS: The bass fishing would have been OK if it had been a Resistance Activity organized and implemented by the Player as an alternative means of sustenance; given the Cult's massive theft and hoarding of store bought and privately owned food. Implementation is everything.

This is my personal opinion of course.

Chris, Ryo, Hugo, Steven and the other ones with the biggest and better feedback have a better chance of influencing the making of the new Ferrari than they do the next GR game. And I say the NEXT cause there is just no way in hell this atrocity can be revamped, unless of course by revamping we are talking about making a whole new completely redesign game, then YES, yes they can.

Then again I could be wrong and they will take some of that fine feedback to give us a new cammo color M4A1 but still with crooked sights. and we can still proceed to call it "Listening to the Community", thus, saving face.

If there is a next GR release

It’s already being coded, as in story board phase basic premise is already complete

Ubi needs to understand your NOT catering to fort nite crowd
Most here understand mil tactics either from first hand experience or personal interest

They want what was promised, not what ubi delivered

Stop listening to you tubers, listen to player base

I've had really good luck with both the Zebra Midge and Wooly Bugger flies. As a rather poor back up...........................I've used the Rev. Jim Jones biography.
