    Ubisoft connect... useless...

Hi, i don't know if any updates were out or anything like it... but seeing most of the titles from ubi are a disappointment lately, now the desktop client is too.

Can i go 3 days without being disconnected please? 3 BLOODY DAYS at most and it asks me again to login, on the same computer, with the ticked remember me option...

Let's not put the ubisoft failed to connect sh**... that occurs every now and then, or the connection drops in different games... though my speed test exceeds 1Gbps and i keep my PC on wired connection (when it dropped, i ran a speed test, and that worked, it seems there was internet after all)

SO... any ideas on how to stop the annoying email and password request ever so often?

Hey there, I'm extremely sorry for the difficulties you have been encountering with Ubisoft Connect. To try and help remedy the problem you are having with the login screen not remembering your username and password, I would suggest Clearing your Cache for Ubisoft Connect and ensure that your client is running Administrator Rights. Once you have logged in and checked "Remember Me" once again, please note that when you are logged in to the client, clicking "Log Out" will wipe the login details to allow for the next account to log in unimpeded.

As for the disconnection issues, if you have already exhausted all steps from our Connectivity Guide Here, could you please create a support ticket here with your MSINFO & DxDiag attached? This will allow us to take a closer look at this with you.
