Hey Assassins!
The ACR Team has been very busy this past week investigating and resolving issues that have emerged since the 3.1.0 update. Here is a quick update on some of those issues.
On Thursday, we released a hotfix for the following issues:
-Softlocks occurring in Caribbean Campaign Missions 3 and 14
-Assassination options missing on various enemies in the Caribbean Campaign
-Supporter of the Cause Achievement resetting after re-entering the game
Today, we have pushed a server-side fix for the issue where players are unable to collect Leaderboard rewards at the end of an event if Progression rewards have been claimed. This fix will only resolve the issue for players who have not yet attempted to claim their Leaderboard rewards for the recent Helix Rift Event, THE OTTOMAN CONNECTION. This fix will prevent the issue from occurring again in upcoming events.
We are currently working on finding the best solution for compensating players who were unable to claim their Leaderboard rewards from the Ottoman event. In the meantime, check your ACR inbox for 100 Rift Tokens as interim compensation for these issues.
We are planning to release a 3.1.1 hotfix update within the next couple weeks that will include additional bug fixes.
We have an amazing community and I just want you to know how much I appreciate your patience and support. I know that these issues are frustrating to deal with, but I can assure you that the dev team is working hard to get these issues resolved as quickly as possible.
Please continue to reach out to our support team if you experience an issue in your game. You can reach support by tapping More > Options > Support > Customer Support in your game or online at http://support.ubi.com/cases/new. Make sure to include your player ID in your report if you go the online route.

Hi Dear Ubi-Bunny
First of all I loved the New Caribbean Campaign Mode with Update 3.1.0 and we got loads of new weapons and some of the amazing innovations in ACR
Even if some unwanted bugs occur in the game with 3.1.0 Update, I believe that all of these problems will be fixed.
I think that with the 3.1.1 update, all these bugs will be fixed and the game will be much better.
I believe all players who lost in The Ottoman Connection Helix Rift Event will have their losses fixed
Dear Ubi-Bunny and Dear Support Team, I think you are working very devotedly on all issues right now and I thank you very much for that.
As gamers, we can report bugs we find in the game here or on the ACR Discord channel so that there will be much more valuable information to fix these bugs.
We all love ACR and I believe that if we encounter a bug in the game, we should be patient, As a result, every game can have bugs,
Importantly, I believe that in order to fix these Bugs, it is necessary to report the Bugs we have detected in the game to the Dear Support Team.
Many thanks to Dear Ubi-Bunny, Dear ACR Moderators and Dear ACR Mentors, who keep us informed and I would like to thank all Dear Players for reporting the bugs they detected in the game and playing a big role in fixing these bugs.
I always prefer to look at the glass half full in everything in life.
I personally like Update 3.1.0, there may be some bugs but they will be fixed, just need time
Best regards
Hi, not sure if anybode reported this buf/feature. But since this new update in Spain missions there is order from lowest developed heroes to highest. Which is great so dont need to constantly scroll starting using those least developed heroes. Howver if i go to library afterward and want to choose Machialevi he is not first option as usual but one furthest on right side. Issue is however that heroes portaits are missing and after about first 24 heroes they start repeating again from start. If i scrol these repeating portrait pass mid screen and then again to the right it refresh to correct portrait for thos in mid screen. This is not only for library other room also.
UPDATE:
If i go to any campaign, animus, helix even, correct order is reverted also for room heroes order
Mission 14 from the new campaign still contains many bugs that prevent it from being completed. I am already silent about the fact that the FPS in this mission tends to zero. But if in the second room you attack the enemy below with an attack from above, then the character falls into the ground, and after killing the enemy, a softlock occurs, since the next enemy cannot be attacked. If the second room is completed along the upper route, then a similar problem occurs in the 3rd room. If you bypass the enemy armed with an ax with the help of parkour along the logs, and then jump onto a hill, then the following enemy cannot be attacked - and again softlock happens. It's just some kind of horror. Each of these rooms takes about 10 minutes because of the critically low FPS, but in addition, you have to deal with softlocks over and over again.
This. Really awful. Heroes are presented in reverse ability order in production rooms, and the roster does not load correctly, so finding the best heroes for library, potions, etc is extremely difficult.Originally Posted by icec47 Go to original post
The workaround for the production rooms is as follows:
1) Go to any rush mission.
2) Edit team
3) Sort heroes by power, largest FIRST
4) Quit edit and quit without starting rush mission
5) Return to HQ
The production rooms should now show highest production first.
It seems the missions are forced to show the lowest hero first irrespective of what the previous setting was. This in turn screws up the production rooms even though they have no option to reorder the heroes. If you don't run any missions the production rooms stay OK but the second you run missions, the production rooms are forced to lowest first as well.
The soft-locking thing happened in missions 3 & 4, 8 & 9, 13 & 14, 18 & 19 and 23 & 24.Originally Posted by VaIius Go to original post
See a pattern? It's the same two missions (since the 25 missions are just the same 5 repeated 5 times). They may have fixed the issue in two of them, but until they solve it in all 10, there's always gonna be the risk of soft-locking on those missions.
...and yeah, the framerate's terrible. Single digits? Oof.
